We stopped by on a Friday evening and tried the No. 5 Yuzu Sesame and the No. 8 Red Hot Miso. Both dishes arrived quickly and had good flavors, but they lacked the rich depth I was hoping for, especially on a chilly evening. The ambiance was warm and cozy, with a nice vibe, and the service was solid. It's a decent spot for a casual ramen meal, but I was left wanting a bit more complexity in the broth. Still, a pleasant experience overall!

The aesthetics and vibe of the food and place was outstanding! The smoke over the ramen was such a pleasing aroma. The service was also bright and efficient. You order at the counter and then find a seat while they prepare you food. The vegan ingredients and presentation felt special, expensive. It's the best vegan ramen I've ever had. It was very enjoyable and I would love to come back to try their other flavors. However, I definitely missed the depth of flavor I expect from bone broth ramen. It'd be unfair to compare so i'll just note it here. Wednesday night between 6:30-8:30p was not very crowded but it was a little hard to park in the lot. We ended up parking on the street.

Went in for lunch. Small place in a plaza on Ventura. You order at the counter then they bring it to your table. The staff were spoke with were nice. The menu is small. We shared the four piece (large pieces? avocado roll and each got ramen. The flavors were unique. We enjoyed it. Would definitely go back.

Went in tonight for the first time. I'm so glad I did. The service was impeccable. Walked thru the menu and described everything perfectly. The food was BEYOND delicious!!! So amazing. The vibe was perfect. This place is a must!!! I live over an hour and a half away but will definitely be back soon.

I found this place recently and was very excited to try considering its glowing reviews. And it was quite good! I got the No. 8 - Red Hot Miso. My nose was definitely dripping from the heat, haha, but not too spicy at all. The broth was VERY rich, which gives a nod to the word "boneless" in their name, as you wouldn't be able to tell this broth wasn't made with bones. The noodles were chewy and bouncy, perfect texture. I loved what they did with the tofu, it was in small pieces and a balance of soft and firm. My only complaint about the ramen, which knocked off a star, was the overpowering flavor of smoke in the broth. I don't know if it was related to the lid with the smoke they deliver it to you with, but once I got through all my noodles and was just drinking the broth, I couldn't keep eating it. I wished I could've because the other flavors were still fantastic, I just started to only taste smoke at a certain point and it became less appetizing. The spicy miso avocado roll was also very good! The avocado was really creamy and the yuzu sauce (I think) in the rice complimented it well. It looks smaller in photos than it does in person, it's a decent amount of food. The price is hard to justify for me a bit, but I think it's mostly worth it if you're splitting an 8 piece with someone else. Very very small restaurant with limited parking but there are options around. It's still got a nice, upscale sort of vibe going on. We only interacted with one employee but she was friendly and the food got to us pretty fast.

Best vegan ramen in LA and one of the best ramen I've ever had. I'm sure this will "wow" your omnivore friends too. Dimly lit, with an easy menu and great smokey presentation. 5 broths, 3 rolls and 3 Mac n cheese to pick from ... when do you see Mac n cheese at a ramen spot!?!?! I need to go back for that. The hot red miso packs flavor with a mild heat and the Yuzu brings a hint of citrus to the mix. Both broths were redonkulously DANKY and were presented covered with a clear dome, filled up with smoke. So cool, and a nice mild smoke flavor. The avocado is torched on their avocado roll and easily makes it one of the best ones I've had. Friendly service when you order, pick out a seat and they bring you your food. Worth the drive, worth the limited parking, worth every penny and definitely a foodie destination. Happy Munchies, @aVeganAndHer

Came back last night as a party of 3, and there were plenty of seats around 5:45 pm on a Sunday! I got the yuzu sesame this time but also took a sip of the red hot miso and original miso broths. I don't think I would be able to have an entire red hot miso ramen (the spice seemed to build up over time, and my tolerance is on the lower end), and the original miso broth was a bit bland to me (but I generally prefer unique flavor combos), so I was really happy with my choice. Service was fairly quick, and the presentation was just as impressive as last time. I can't recommend this place enough!

This pace was AMAZING to say the least! I absolutely love the dim lighting! I hate harsh bright lights! I am not vegetarian but my cousin brought me here to try something new for me! The menu was nice and simple and not over whelming at all! I love ramen and this one was no different, everything was so flavorful it was not even missing the meat for me! 10/10 presentation as well the service was great! I would say give this place a shot whether you're vegetarian or not! You won't be disappointed.

The service and ambiance were top tier. The lady who helped me was super sweet and helped me choose an entree that i'd enjoy. I ended up getting the spicy miso and the roasted miso avocado roll they have. Only giving four stars because the food was really ok. Not bad but not amaaaazing flavors for my taste palette the way I wanted. I still think it's a great vegan/plant based option and the way it's served is giving fine dining for a small little place.

I was skeptical about trying this vegan ramen house. However, the pictures looked so tasty that I couldn't refuse. As a non-vegan/vegetarian, I generally prefer bone broths for their health benefits and flavor, but I did NOT miss the bones in their broths. The layers of flavor were impressive--there was nothing to be missed. With generous portions, we left feeling full and completely satisfied. With friendly service, a zen ambiance, and comforting, explosive flavors, Redwhite Boneless Ramen is now in my top three ramen spots in LA.
